Agreement
By using Resume Toolbox, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is intended for people legally able to agree to these terms in their location.
Using the Service
Resume Toolbox provides browser-based tools for creating, reviewing, and exporting career documents. You are responsible for reviewing all generated or reformatted content before using it and for keeping your own backups.
No Hiring or ATS Guarantee
Scores, keyword matches, recruiter-style reviews, and suggestions are directional guidance based on visible content. They do not reproduce every employer's ATS, guarantee parsing, promise an interview, or replace advice from a qualified career professional.
Accuracy and Honest Use
You remain responsible for the accuracy of your resume and cover letter. Do not use the service to fabricate employers, qualifications, experience, achievements, metrics, or other claims, or to create unlawful, deceptive, or harmful material.
Privacy and Local Drafts
Current resume processing runs in your browser. Drafts may remain in local browser storage until you clear them. Review the Privacy Policy for the exact data flow, anonymous analytics, storage behavior, and third-party hosting disclosures.
Availability and Changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features, templates, limits, and availability may change as the product develops. We may suspend abusive activity or access that threatens the service or other users.
Warranty and Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Resume Toolbox is not responsible for hiring outcomes, lost opportunities, or losses caused by relying on unreviewed output. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
